Terms of Use
By using nextvybz.com or buying from us, you agree to these terms. Read them — they cover eligibility, orders, and the limits of what we promise.
Last updated: August 31, 2026
Eligibility
You must be at least 21 years old to purchase from NEXT VYBZ, and you must be legally allowed to receive the products you order where you live. Availability varies by state, and we may cancel or refuse any order we can't lawfully ship.
Accounts
You're responsible for the accuracy of the information on your account and for keeping your password confidential. Tell us right away if you think someone else has access. We may suspend or close accounts used for fraud, abuse, or resale without authorization.
Orders and pricing
An order is an offer to buy; it's accepted when we ship it. We may correct pricing or description errors, limit quantities, or cancel an order and refund you in full. Prices are in U.S. dollars and exclude tax and shipping unless stated otherwise.
Products and health disclaimer
NEXT VYBZ is a marketplace for products made by independent brands. Statements about our products have not been evaluated by the FDA, and nothing on this site is medical advice. These products are not intended to diagnose, treat, cure, or prevent any disease. Do not use them if you're pregnant or nursing, and talk to a doctor before use if you take medication — particularly SSRIs, MAOIs, or other antidepressants. Don't drive or operate machinery after use.
Reviews and user content
If you submit a review, photo, or other content, you grant us a non-exclusive, royalty free license to display and promote it. Don't post anything unlawful, misleading, infringing, or abusive. We can remove content at our discretion.
Intellectual property
The NEXT VYBZ name, logo, site design, copy, and imagery are owned by us or our brand partners and may not be copied or used without written permission.
Limitation of liability
The site and products are provided "as is" to the fullest extent permitted by law. NEXT VYBZ is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages. Where liability can't be excluded, it's limited to the amount you paid for the order in question.
Governing law and changes
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Florida, without regard to conflict of law rules. We may update these terms; continued use of the site means you accept the current version. Questions? Email support@nextvybz.com.
