When you place an order or create an account we collect the details you give us: name, email address, shipping and billing address, phone number, and order history. Payment card details are entered directly into our payment processor and are never stored on our servers.

We also collect basic technical information automatically — IP address, browser type, device type, and the pages you view — so the site works properly and we can see what is and isn't useful.

To process and ship your orders, handle returns and support requests, prevent fraud, meet age-verification and legal obligations, and improve the store. If you opt in, we use your email address to send product drops and offers. Every marketing email has an unsubscribe link.

Only the service providers we need to run the business: payment processing, order fulfillment and shipping carriers, tax calculation, email delivery, and analytics. They may only use your information to perform that service for us. We do not sell your personal information.

We may disclose information where required by law or to protect our rights, and in connection with a merger, acquisition, or sale of assets.

We use cookies and similar technologies to keep your bag, remember your session, and measure site performance. You can block cookies in your browser settings, but parts of the store — including checkout — may stop working.

We keep order records for as long as we need them for accounting, tax, and legal purposes, and account data until you ask us to delete it. We use industry-standard safeguards, including encryption in transit, but no method of transmission or storage is completely secure.

You can request a copy of your data, ask us to correct or delete it, or opt out of marketing at any time by emailing privacy@nextvybz.com. Depending on where you live you may have additional rights under laws such as the CCPA or GDPR, and we'll honor them.

NEXT VYBZ is intended for adults 21 and over. We do not knowingly collect information from anyone under 18. If you believe a minor has given us information, contact us and we'll delete it.
